Absolutely. Your client data never trains any AI model. We use bank-level encryption, role-based access, auditing, and run all processing in UK/EU data centres to meet GDPR & accounting compliance standards. You also control which AI vendors (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google etc.) are allowed for your firm — or you can disable external models entirely. Your data is always yours, and you can delete everything at any time.
Today we support: Xero (API sync), QuickBooks Online, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, and universal email-to-inbox ingestion for Dext, AutoEntry, and IRIS users. We're expanding integrations based on early-access firms. During signup, you can tell us which systems your practice uses, and we'll prioritise them.
We're in the early-access phase and pricing will be shaped with our first firms. Current thinking: per practice licence (unlimited staff), scaled by number of clients, and optional modules for OCR, email automation, and advanced reporting. Early testers get founder pricing that will never increase.
Our AI acts as a 'chat-based operating system' for your practice. It connects securely to your client list, documents, deadlines and accounting systems via our backend — not directly to the model. This means no raw client data is sent to an AI unless required, sensitive actions (posting to Xero, sending emails) always require approval, and you can choose your preferred AI model (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). It's built to reduce admin, not replace accountants.
